Prior to joining Straco, he was overseeing the European finance activities of a US listed over the counter consumer products company. Ignace holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

David joined Straco in 2024 as an Associate and is based in Straco’s office in Amsterdam. Before joining Straco, he worked at the Investment Banking Division of Van Lanschot Kempen focused on Benelux private M&A and public-to-private transactions. Prior to that, he was an analyst at advisory boutique Rembrandt M&A, part of Rabobank. David holds a Masters’ degree (cum laude) in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Nicolas De Quinnemar is Director of Straco and Managing Director of the CMA-Medina group. He started his career at Allen & Overy where he advised clients in M&A, financial markets and corporate transactions. Nicolas holds a double degree in Law and Notary from the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

Carl-Philip leads the real estate activities at Straco, both from a development and investment perspective. He is responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of the real estate investment portfolio, as well as the management of the real estate development portfolio companies. In that capacity, Carl-Philip is also CEO of Straco's real estate development company. He started his career as a lawyer, where he advised clients in M&A and real estate transactions. After leaving the Brussels’ bar association, Carl-Philip joined a Belgian real estate developer as legal counsel and was promoted later on to CO-CEO. Carl-Philip holds a Masters’ degree in Law from the KUL and a Masters’ degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School.

Maarten leads the private equity activity at Straco. He is responsible for the development and the day to day activities of the private equity portfolio as well as the management of the investment team. Before joining Straco to launch the private equity strategy Maarten was Manager at Accenture where he advised oil & gas majors and financial institutions on corporate strategy. He started his career at Ernst & Young in the audit and transaction advisory team. Maarten holds a Masters’ degree in Business Economics from the VUB in Brussels and a Masters’ degree in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School.

Erik Van Den Eynden is CEO of Straco as from March 1st, 2021. Prior to joining Straco Erik experienced a long-standing career of 30 years at BBL and ING. The last 3,5 years he stood at the helm as CEO of ING Belgium. He holds a Master’s Degree in applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.

Emile joined Straco in 2021 and is based in Straco’s office in Amsterdam. Emile primarily focuses on private equity investments in the Netherlands. Before joining Straco, he worked at the Investment Banking Divisions of Nomura and Rabobank. Emile holds a Masters’ degree in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science from Tilburg University. During his studies, he went on exchange to join the International MBA programme at the University of South Carolina.
