What we do
We invest in established European companies and work alongside founders and management teams to drive sustainable value creation. Our collaborative approach focuses on accelerating growth, pursuing strategic opportunities, and improving operational performance to create lasting impact.
Investment focus
We invest in European companies with an EBITDA ranging from €5 million to €50 million and an equity ticket of up to €250 million. Our focus is on businesses with strong organic growth prospects and/or attractive add-on acquisition potential. We take both majority and influential minority stakes, primarily in the Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
