Part of the porfolio and maybe the showpiece, consists of properties located on prime retail streets in major cities or famous shopping areas as Brussels, Antwerp, Gent and Hasselt. Since Straco is in it for the long run, the optimalisation of the buildings is prioritized by, given the opportunity, improving their quality and durability. The objective is to maintain a good and longterm relation with each one of the tenants.

Part of the portfolio consists of smaller semi-industrial buildings where an optimal mix is achieved of modern offices and storage facilities that are easily divided in smaller or bigger units. The buildings have generally good visibility and quick access to the main traffic junctions and public transportation, a high parking ratio and green surroundings.

In addition we have acquired a portfolio of gas stations, all located in the southern part of Belgium. This specific activity is one we believe in and are looking for possible further expansion.
