Agaris Horti is a leading player in the horticultural industry, specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality substrates, soil improvers and soil covers for the retail and professional market.

Agaris Horti will join Evergreen Garden Care to support the Group’s ambitions to further enhance its leading position in the horticultural space across Europe creating one of the largest garden care and horticulture platforms.

This acquisition marks an important milestone for Agaris Horti, supporting its continued growth, expanded capabilities, and long-term commitment to customers and stakeholders.
