At the beginning of December, Straco Real Estate launched the sales of the Mirador project, located at Frankrijklei 128--130 and Tabakvest 49--51 in Antwerp. The project is situated in the beating heart of the city, between the green Stadspark and the vibrant Theaterplein.
The two- and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 81 to 153 m² and feature spacious terraces with spectacular views. The penthouses offer living areas of up to 280 m².
Two commercial units will be provided on the ground floor.
The start of construction is scheduled for Q3 2026.
Within the first month after launch, 75% of the apartments have already been sold.
