Straco takes a majority stake in Forum Jobs



Straco, Kristof Sanders (Founder and CEO Forum Jobs) and Koramic, announced that they have signed an agreement under which Straco acquired a majority stake in Forum Jobs, a leading Belgian temporary staffing company focused on seven distinct niches with a strong regional presence.

Forum Jobs, with headquarters in Roeselaere, is a leading independent temporary staffing company operating over 30 offices, mainly in Flanders. It is active in staffing of general blue-and white-collar profiles, and serves various niches including food, call centres, construction, and technical profiles. With a turnover of more than EUR 115 million, the company employs over 150 FTEs with a strong culture of teamwork and customer proximity.

Forum Jobs has an outstanding growth track record and a strong management team. Over the past five years Forum Jobs has more than doubled turnover thanks to a dynamic organic growth strategy based on geographical expansion. The group aims to continue on this growth trajectory by further expanding in new areas and increasing the product offering to capture market trends.
